ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Jordan Vasbinder is a career expert in property development, construction and management, and the founder and principal at Vasbinder Development. Jordan has created a firm whose commitment to the values-based client experience is as exceptional as the properties they build.
Prior to founding Vasbinder Development, Jordan had extensive experience in real estate development across discipline and numerous product types. Most recently Jordan was a partner in True Craft Residential which developed multiple high end luxury single family spec homes and multi-family townhouse projects in the Phoenix metro area.
Jordan began his career in the construction industry directly overseeing some of the largest resort re-developments in Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen and Telluride. After moving to Arizona in 2010 Jordan started working more directly in the real estate industry and was involved in a number of commercial real estate transactions, developments and investments. Jordan holds an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.
Jordan resides in Phoenix with his wife Kelly and their three children. He is continually active within his local community, from helping chair events to raise money for local children's charities to coaching his kids tee-ball games. When he’s not trying to better his community Jordan enjoys being outdoors; skiing, biking, hiking and being with friends and family.
